Warranty Policies

  • Trulynk provides a limited warranty that the hardware sold by will be defect free in material and workmanship when used normally and in accordance with Trulynk guidelines.
  • To the extent permitted by applicable law, the limited warranty offered by Trulynk is limited for a period of one (1) year from the date when the hardware was bought by the customer.
  • If the time limit of one (1) year from the date when the hardware was purchased is in non-compliance with the mandatory law, Trulynk provides a limited warranty in compliance with the mandatory laws.

Warranty Claim Process

Trulynk offers a manufacturer’s warranty on all its products. If any customer wants to claim against the warranty, he/she needs to follow some easy steps to claim it.

Step 1: Contact Our Customer Care
Please contact our customer care department at support@trulynk.org with the problem details to claim the warranty.

Step 2: Pay the Service Charges
As a service charge, you need to pay an amount of Rs **** by clicking on the payment link sent on your email/ whatsapp. Once payment has been done, you need to email us the receipt of service charge payment on email/ whatsapp.

Step 3: Return the product to the courier agent
After we receive your email, we’ll initiate return pickup from our end. You need to pack the product and attach the shipping label that you received in the email. The pickup process will take up to 3-5 days.

Step 4: Repaired product shipped to you
Once the item reaches our office, our technical team will analyse it and if it’s repairable; we’ll get it fixed in 4-5 working days. After repairing the product, we’ll ship it to your delivery address in 3-5 days.

Our Warranty Does Not Apply To

  • Cosmetic damage including but not limited to broken plastic and scratches.
  • Consumable parts, such as protective coatings or batteries, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in workmanship or materials.
  • Damage caused by misuse, accident, abuse, fire, liquid contact or any other external cause.
  • Damage caused by the use of another product.
  • Defects caused by usual wear and tear or due to the normal ageing of the hardware. This limited warranty does not include software or licenses.

Return Policies

Products Purchased From trulynk.org Website

If you want to return the product purchased through our website then you need to inform our team by emailing us support@trulynk.org within ten (10) days following the date of receipt at your delivery address.

We’ll initiate the return process as soon as we receive your request. Our delivery partners will pick up the device from your provided delivery address. The pickup process will take up to 3-5 days.
Please ensure you include all components in your returned unit. In complete returns (missing accessories) will be refunded the retail value of parts received by Trulynk’s returns processing department.

Once your package will reach our office, our team will initiate the refund process and the amount will be refunded to your account in 5-7 working days. Depending on your financial institution, the processing of your refund can take up to 14 business days to post to your account.

Products Purchased From Other E-Commerce Platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm Mall etc.)

If you’ve purchased your Trulynk device from any of the e-commerce platforms then visit their return policy page and follow the instructions mentioned on their website. Any purchases made on 3rd party websites or in physical retail stores are not covered by the 10 Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
If you face any problem in returning the order, kindly contact their support team or email us on support@trulynk.org.
